Information

Cafir D3 is a dietary supplement of Kefir, Calcium and Vitamin D3.

Kefir is a special fermented milk enriched with bioactive peptides, that has always been used in Caucasia with well-known health benefits.

Calcium and Vitamin D are required for the normal bone growth and development in growing children.
Calcium in particular is a mineral required for the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and use of calcium and phosphorus by the body and is important for the normal function of the immune system in children.

The right intake of Calcium is essential for the health of bones, especially during growth spurts, such as puberty and adolescence.

Recent studies have shown that the intake of Calcium through the diet is NOT enough for most school-aged children, when the intake of milk drops considerably1,2

Plus, a suitable intake of Calcium for extended periods during childhood and adolescence increases bone mineral density and reduces the risk of fractures as an adult 3
